Privacy
notice.

Scope

This notice covers information submitted through the Alive founding-artist application, the general contact form and ordinary technical information generated when someone visits aliveartists.live. A fuller customer privacy agreement will be provided before any paid account is activated.

Information collected

The forms ask for contact details and the information needed to understand and answer your message. The founding application may also ask about your creative practice, work and intended site. Basic security and diagnostic records may be created when the site is used.

Why it is used

Alive uses submitted information to answer enquiries, review founding applications, discuss a possible membership, protect the service and understand demand for the platform. Details are not added to a marketing list without separate permission.

Sharing

Information is used by the people and service providers needed to operate Alive, host the site, store applications and keep the service secure. It is not sold. Service providers may process information in other countries subject to their contractual and security safeguards.

Retention

Applications are kept only while they remain useful for reviewing the founding cohort, responding to applicants, maintaining necessary records and resolving security or legal issues. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You can ask Alive to correct or delete application information, or withdraw from consideration, by replying to the message through which Alive contacts you. Where applicable, you may also have legal rights to access, restrict or object to the use of your information.

Contact

Use the Alive contact page and state that your message concerns privacy. Do not submit sensitive personal information through either form.
